The Lāhainā Pali Trail in Maui is a very challenging hike, but those brave enough to tackle this adventure will be rewarded with beautiful views. This is an out-and-back hike, and many choose to hike only one way (using a drop car or transportation services to get back to their starting point).
- Length: 4.4 miles
- Elevation Gain: ~1,600 ft
- Level: Difficult
- Dogs allowed on leash
If you are up for the challenge on the Lāhainā Pali Trail, make sure to bring plenty of water as you may not run into water sources along the way. We think this challenging hike is perfect for avid hikers and adrenaline junkies. You will get a chance to see windmills, wildlife and panoramic views. This trail can be quite rocky and narrows out during many stretches, so we suggest hiking shoes and poles if you have them available.
